闪光焊接技术及其在管道建设中的应用

Development of Flash Butt Welding Technology and its Application in Construction of Pipeline Engineering

  • 摘要: 在大直径、厚壁长输管道的建设中, 与其他常用的焊接技术相比, 闪光焊接技术具有自动化程度高、焊接速度快、焊接质量好、不消耗焊接材料、生产效率高等特点。因此, 前苏联在φ1 420×20 mm大直径管道建设中大量使用了闪光焊接技术, 并取得了很好的使用效果。目前国内在管道建设中尚未应用此项技术。简要叙述了闪光焊接技术的原理和发展状况, 并通过对前苏联在大直径管道建设中应用闪光焊接技术情况的介绍, 探讨了在我国管道建设中应用这项技术的可能性。

     

    Abstract: Compared with other welding technologies, flash butt welding technology for large-diameter pipeline with heavy wall is characterized by high-quality welds, increased production rates and less material requirements. So Soviet Union had widely applied this technology in 1420 mm diameter pipeline of 20 mm wall thickness, and had shown a good effect. But this technology has not yet adopted in construction of pipeline in China so far. This paper presents the theory and development of flash butt welding technology, and its application in construction of large-diameter pipeline of Soviet Union, discusses the prospect of using this technology in China.
