Pressure Testing Requirement for Hilly Trunk Pipeline

  • 摘要: 管道干线试压是管道建设中一项非常重要的工作, 尤其是起伏地段的管道干线试压, 由于位差发生变化, 在试压强度取值等方面不能照搬普通管道的要求去进行。介绍了库鄯管道干线试压按照三项要求所进行的工作: ①按管道截断阀间距划分试压段落, 而不是采取站间和整体试压; ②各分段之间的环焊缝采用100 % X射线探伤, 提高安全性; ③以水作为试压介质, 及时发现环焊缝的针孔等缺陷。

     

    Abstract: The pressure testing of trunk pipeline is very important in the construction of long-distance pipeline, especially for the hilly trunk pipeline. Due to the variation of elevation difference, the value of test strength of pipeline to be taken should not be in accordance with that of common pipeline. The pressure testing method for trunk pipeline adopted in Korla-Shanshan oil pipeline is introduced. The authors consider that the pipe section to be tested should be divided according to the span of block valve of pipeline, neither the pump station interval nor whole line; the annular welded seam between pipe sections should be 100 % X-ray inspected to ensure safety; and water has to be as a test medium, neither air nor gas, the defects such as holiday or pinhole can be found.
