库鄯输油管道工艺改造

Technological Reformation for Korla—Shanshan Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 库鄯管道投产后对首站、减压站及末站的工艺进行了一系列优化和改造, 包括首站由两台输油泵运行改为一台运行、在减压站加装了第三个减压阀、在末站加装自装车流程等。这些优化和改造为库鄯管道的安全、平稳、高效运行提供了更可靠的保障, 同时也为新建管道的设计和设备选型提供了实践依据。

     

    Abstract: Systematical technology reformation and optimization measures have been taken for Korla original pump station, pressure-reducing station and Shanshan terminal pump station in Korla-Shanshan oil pipeline. These measures are that in original station 3 pumps in 2-operation and 1-backup are changed into 1-operation and 2-backup, which fully meets the requirement of pump's suction pressure; in the pressure-reducing station the 3rd pressure reducing valve is installed which can effectively avoid plugging of impurity in crude oil transported; in the terminal station, an automatic oil loading process is implemented.
