Long-distance Pipeline Transportation of Styrene at Low Temperature

  • 摘要: 详细介绍了苯乙烯产品的性能及标准, 分析了影响苯乙烯储运的各种因素, 全面阐述了茂名乙烯厂至水东港苯乙烯埋地管道的工艺设计、施工、运行和维护要求。根据该管道三年来的运行情况, 提出了保证产品输送温度、及时进行冷却循环、加强巡线工作及做好水工保护等一些应做好的工作。

     

    Abstract: The properties of styrene and relevent national standards of styrene are detaily introduced. The influence factors to the storage and transportation for styrene are analyzed. In this paper, the process design, construction and maintenance of styrene buried pipeline, which is from Maoming Styrene Complex to Shuidong Harbor (approximately 30 km in total length), are comprehensively described. Based on the actual operation conditions of pipeline in 3 years, some technological requirements like ensuring the styrene's transportation at low temperature, properly cooling circulation, enhancing line walking and hydrotech-nological protection have been put forward.
