大庆原油加剂工艺参数研究

Research on Technological Parameters of Daqing Crude Oil Treated with PPD

  • 摘要: 研究了大庆原油加入降凝剂后原油物性的变化, 在大量试验数据的基础上, 确定了原油加剂的工艺参数, 并比较了快速降温与慢速降温的效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper studied the rheological variations of Daqing crude oil treated with PPD (Pour Point Depressant), and determined the optimal technological parameters as well as compared the experimental results of rapidly cooled treatment and slowly cooled treatment based on plenty of experimental data. The experimental results have showed that the rheological properties of Daqing crude oil treated with DQ6 PPD have been obviously improved, and its optimal treated temperature is 60 ℃. The experimental results of rapidly cooled treatment is also better than that of slowly cooled treatment.
