地形起伏多相管流段塞流流动参数计算

A Study on Calculating Methods for Slug Flow Parameters in Hilly Multi-phase Pipe Flow

  • 摘要: 在起伏多相管流中常出现段塞流。段塞流流动特性参数的计算只能采用经验或半经验关系式。现场实践表明, 段塞长度不仅与管径有关, 而且还与气液相速度和气液相粘度等有关。结合现场试验, 提出了一种计算起伏多相管流中段塞流流动特性参数的准确方法。

     

    Abstract: Slug flow is one of the most common flow patterns in a hilly multiphase pipe flow. Empirical or semi-empirical correlations are adopted to calculate slug flow parameters. According to field experiments, slug flow parameters depend on pipe diameter, velocity and viscosity of gas or liquid phase and so on. In this paper, a series of methods are studied and proved to good agreement with field experimental data.
