Selection and Optimization on Leakage Detection Technology for Gas Transmis sion Pipeline

  • 摘要: 系统介绍了输气管道的几种泄漏检测方法的原理和优缺点, 指出应根据检漏方法的灵敏性、定位精度、适应性和有效性等指标来确定适用的泄漏检测技术, 依据给出的9项评价检漏技术的指标对各种泄漏检测技术进行了对比和优选, 对比结果表明, 连续检漏技术虽有效, 但不能检测小于流量0.5%的泄漏, 因而需要与其它检漏技术组合使用。指出采用事故率曲线和风险评估的方法优化管道运行期内的检漏技术是一种有效的方案。

     

    Abstract: The pinciple of several leakage detection methods used in gas transmission pipeline and their advantages/shortcomings have been systematically introduced. It is pointed out that the proper leakage detection technologies should be determined according to the indexes on sensitivity, location accuracy, suitability and effectiveness. The comparison and optimization to the detection technologies given in the paper have been carried out in accordance with the known 9 indexes which are used to evaluate the leakage detection technology. The results have showed that although the continuous detection technology is effective, it is not suitable in such a way when the leakage volume is less than 0.5% of flow, and it has to be used, combined with other detection technologies. It is considered that the accident rate curve and risk evaluation can be used to optimize the leakage detection technologies, especially for those that pipeline is under operation, and this is an effective scenario.
