大天池工程讲渡管道干气输送管理

Operation Management in Dry Gas Transmission in Jiangzhi-Duzhou Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了大天池输气工程讲治-渡舟管道的概况、新工艺和新技术的运用、干燥施工和生产管理。详细分析了管道投运初期硫化铁粉尘的产生、持续生成、发生运移的原因及其后果,指出于气输送生产管理中存在的问题,并针对如何减少管内粉尘的产生及运移在技术和管理方面提出了可行性建议。

     

    Abstract: The general situation of Jiangzhi-Duzhou gas transmission pipeline, application of new process and technology, pipeline construction in drying condition and operation management are introduced in the paper. The reason and hazard of engendering of ferric sulfide, and its continuous engendering and moving within pipeline are analyzed. The problems existed in the operation management in dry gas transmission are analyzed, and suggestions to decrease the ferric sulfide produced during the transmission are presented.
