Preliminary Model of Rapid Decompression Process in LPG Tank

摘要: 对液化石油气容器在气相壁上出现裂口后引发的快速降压过程建立了初步模型。分析了液体中气泡生成过程,并按气泡半径是否超过临界半径,分两个阶段分别讨论了气相和液相空间各物理量的变化过程。通过具体计算实例,最终得出了过程中可能发生压力下降然后急剧上升这一现象的结论,并分析了初始温度(初始压力)、初始充注量、热流密度、裂缝面积对于上述物理过程的影响。Abstract: A preliminary model of rapid decompression process when a crack suddenly opens in the vapor region is build. The conclusion is that the pressure may rise steeply after decompression is drawn. The influnces of initial temperature (pressure), filling level, heat flux and crack area on the process are analyzed.
