改性原油准冷投技术在东临复线投产中的应用

The Application of Quasi-cold Start-up Technology for Modified Crude Oil in Dongying-Linyi Parallel Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 东临复线的投产启动采用了改性原油准冷投技术,通过分析BEM-3原油流动改进剂室内模拟试验和工业性试验的试验数据,指出BEM-3原油流动改进剂具有良好的抗剪切性和重复加热稳定性,对所输油品能起到较好的降粘、降凝作用。叙述了东临复线的两次正输、一次反输的预热暖管过程及通油投产过程,针对准冷投技术投产的特点,分析了其经济性和安全性。

     

    Abstract: The quasi-cold start-up technology for modified crude oil in Dongying-Linyi parallel oil pipeline has been adopted. The analytical results on test data abtained from the laboratory simulation experiment and industrial experiment on BEM-3 oil modifier have showed that BEM-3 oil modifier has got a perfect stability on anti-shear and repeated heating and viscosity reduction/pour point depression efficiency for the oil transported. The paper describes the preheating process of pipeline by means of twice regular pumpings and once reverse pumping with water. In accordance with the feature of quasi-cold start-up technology, the economy and safety analysis have been carried out.
