  • 摘要: 输油气管道在运行过程中会受到自然环境和人为因素的破坏, 造成管体缺陷或泄漏事故。对管道采取不停输修复是延长其使用寿命、降低管道公司经营成本的有效方法。从国外旧管道不停输整修技术的现状入手, 重点介绍了目前国外采用的先进设备和技术, 其中包括管道旧覆盖层清除系统、管道表面处理系统、管体加强套等, 并针对我国实际情况, 建议尽快开展开发引进工作。

     

    Abstract: Pipeline is one of the main ways to transport fluids such as oil and gas.During operation, it is subject to damage from environment and human interference, resulting in corrosion, or leakage on pipe body.Rehabilitating the in-service pipeline is a cost-effective method to pipeline operators.This article introduces the advanced equipment and method for repairing in-service pipeline used in foreign countries, including coating removal system, pipe surface preparation system and pipe body reinforcement method.
