The Selection Requirements of Line Pipe for Oil and Gas Transmission Pipelines

  • 摘要: 在长距离输送油气管道工程中, 钢管费用约占工程设备材料费的50%以上, 因此合理地选用钢管材质等级十分重要。分析了设计输送压力、韧性要求、刚度和稳定性、腐蚀及经济性等因素对选用钢管材质等级的影响, 拟建了管材等级选择模式, 给出了不同输送压力下的管材等级选用表, 举例分析了满足设计强度要求的壁厚选择, 简要介绍了国内外的管型应用情况。

     

    Abstract: In the construction of long-distance oil and gas pipelines, the cost of steel pipe nearly covers 50% of the equipment and material cost.Therefore, it is very important to reasonably selecte the grade or material of steel pipe.In the article, the author emphatically analyzes the influence of design pressure, toughness requirement, rigidity and stability, corrosion and economy on the selection of grade or material of line pipe, establishes selection model, presents a selection table of line pipe that is suitable for different pressures, analyzes the selection method of pipe wall thickness that meets the needs of design strength, and briefly introduces the application of several line pipes at home and abroad.
