热煤炉助燃风机的变频调速与节能

The Varing Frequency and Speed Adjusting of Blower of Heat Medium Heater and Energy Saving

  • 摘要: 介绍了变频调速器在风机中的具体应用, 给出了变频调速在锅炉及加热炉燃烧控制过程中的应用实例。采用SAM I-GS型变频调速器, 对输油泵站CE-NATCO热媒炉助燃风机实施了变频调速控制, 实现了热媒炉热效率的优化控制。既节约了能源, 又提高了经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The mode of operation of variable frequency-speed regulator of blower used to control the burning process for boiler or heater are introduced.SAMI-GS variable frequency-speed regulators have beenadopted in CE-NATCO heaters' blowers in two pump stations of Dongying——Huangdao oil pipeline, which realizes optimization control for heat efficiency of heat medium heaters.
