苏丹原油管道的几个设计特点

Several Design Features on Sudan Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 苏丹原油管道全长1504.1km, 普通段设计压力为9.7MPa, 加强段为14.84MPa, 全线共设6座泵站(海上终端除外), 中间阀室16座。一期设计输量为24×104m3/d, 二期设计输量为40×104m3/d。该管道的设计特点包括: 输送工艺为泵到泵密闭输送, 原油输送之前分别进行两次加降凝剂处理; 泵站设置三种超压保护系统, 可对泵机组提供有效保护; 设置海上终端背压阀, 防止管道不满流; 各泵站安装两台螺杆泵, 防止凝管。

     

    Abstract: The total length of Sudan crude oil pipline is 1504.1 km, the design pressure of trunk line is 9.7 MPa, and that of the crossing pipeline (at Nile River and Atbala River) is 14.8 MPa.There are 6 pump stations and 16 intermediate valve chambers respectively installed along the line, not including the Port Sudan terminal.The design output of the pipeline at first stage is 40×104m3/d, and that is 24×104m3/d at second stage.The design features of the pipeline includs that the transportation process is tight line transportation, and double treatments of crude oil with pour point depressant have been carried out before it is transported; 3 kinds of overpressure protection systems are installed in 6 pump stations, which can provide an effective protection to pump sets; the back-pressure valves are installed in Port Sudan, which can prevent the pipeline from slack flow; and 2 screw pump sets are respectively installed in 6 pump stations in order to prevent the pipeline from jelling.
