The Optimal Design of Gas Pipeline with Branches

  • 摘要: 管道系统的优化设计, 即是寻求管径、壁厚、压缩机参数等主要工艺参数的最佳组合, 使系统在技术上可行, 经济上合理。考虑到沿线有分支天然气管道, 进分气会导致各段管径、壁厚等参数的变化, 同时根据技术经济学原理, 引入终值费用作为管道的经济指标, 建立了优化数学模型。利用混合离开变量优化方法进行求解, 结果证明了该设计方法具有可行性。

     

    Abstract: The optimization of gas pipeline system design is to seek the optimal combination of main parameters like pipe diameter, wall thickness, pressure, number of compressor station so as to make the system capable and reasonable.Considering branches, the optimal parameters will be changed.To solve the problem, the final value is introduced as the economical index according to techno-economic rationale and a optimal math-ematic model has been established.The calculation method is proved feasible in design.
