成品油罐自然冷却油品最终温度的计算

Calculation on the Final Temperature of Product Oil at Natural Cooling in Tank

  • 摘要: 一些成品油(如柴油)在冬季储存可能会出现凝油现象, 最好通过计算求取油品最终温度, 以确定是否需要进行保温和加热。通过建立数学模型, 获得了最终温度的函数表达式, 并采用试算法间接地求取油品的最终温度。为了弥补其它类似计算方法的不足, 在计算中各个值均由己知参数推理获得, 计算误差较小, 适合于实际的工程应用。

     

    Abstract: Some product oil such as diesel will be clotted if it is stored in winter tank, so that the final temperature of the oil at natural cooling has to be calculated to determine whether the tank is insulated/heated or not.Therefore, the authors derivate the functional relations of the final temperature of diesel by mathemat-ic model and calculate the actual value with trial method.It is considered that the functional relations can offset against the disability of other algorithmic methods in this subject, because each result obtained is ratiocination-based value in accordance with all known parameters, which is less discrepancy and suitable for actual application of engineering.
