Research and Application of Bonding Technology in Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 采用“化学冷焊”方法对油罐进行粘接开孔作业无需动电、动火和清罐, 关键技术是对胶粘材料的选择和对粘接开孔工艺过程的控制。这种工艺不仅技术先进, 而且快捷便利, 安全经济, 在石油化工系统具有广阔的发展前景和应用价值。

     

    Abstract: A quick repair adhesive, called Tianli adhesive, has been developed. This kind of adhesive has a broad work scope, suitable for metal, such as steel, iron, aluminium, stainless steel, as well as the same or different kinds of materials like ABS, glass fibre reinforced plastic, PVC, polyurethane, polycarbonate, organic glass, ferrite, ceramics, concrete, bakelite and timber. The industrial tests on a 2000 m3 oil tank and two 50000 m3 oil tanks have proved successful.
