Development of Computer Software for Long Distance Oil Pipeline Design/Calculations

  • 摘要: 在对长距离输油管道设计计算过程分析的基础上, 依据现行的管道设计规范及管道输送理论, 开发完成了基于Windows 95/98操作平台的长距离输油管道设计计算软件LOPDC。该软件可完成最优管径比选、输油站站址确定和调整、主要设备选型、设计方案经济评价、水击过程模拟、给定管段的热力和水力计算、强度计算和穿跨越计算等工作, 并可绘制布站图、敏感性分析图及水击压力图。软件功能完善, 操作方便, 计算结果可靠, 可满足输油管道设计计算的要求。

     

    Abstract: According to the current oil pipeline design codes and pipeling theories, a computer software LOPDC for long distance oil pipeline design/calculations has been successfully dveveloped, which can be run under Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows NT. It can perform almost all calculations for oil pipeline design, including selection of optimum pipeline diameter, technological and economic calculations, simulation of water hammer process, intensity calculations, and calculations for crossing engineering, etc. The software, having a friendly user's interface, being easy to use and having reliable calculation results, can satisfy the needs of oil pipeline design/calculations.
