Calculations of the Batch Cycles/Batch Volume and Tank Capacity for the Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 提出了一种根据市场成品油需求量确定输量并利用Austin-Palfrey公式计算混油长度的计算方法, 这种方法还可计算出各段混油量和混油中各种成品油的含量。每种成品油质量潜力的计算结果可用来确定掺混各种混油所需的各种纯净油的分量, 并以此来确定各种油品的批次/批量, 而各站每种油品的罐容和库容则根据油品的批次/批量计算结果最终确定。

     

    Abstract: A calculation method that is used to determine the throughput according to market demand and compute the lengh of contaminated product with Austin-Palfrey equation, which can calculate the volume of contaminated product in each pipe-section and the content of each product in contaminated product, is presented. The computed results of the quality potential for each product can be used to determine the fraction of each pure product needed to blend the overall mixture oil, which can be used to determine batch cycles/ batch volume, and after that the each station's tank/tank farm capacity for each product can be finally determined in accordance with the computed results of batch cycles/batch volume.
