东黄老线超低输量下加剂输送的工艺分析

Process Analysis on the Oil Transportation at Ultra Low Throughput for Original Dongying——Huangdao Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对东黄老线输油管道的实际运行情况, 对东黄老线添加原油流动性改进剂进行了现场测试, 计算出了东黄老线在该输送工艺下的最小启输量, 并对加剂超低输量运行的安全性进行了分析, 指出东黄老线可通过添加原油流动性改进剂实现超低输量的安全运行。

     

    Abstract: A process analyisis on the oil transportation at ultra low throughput for original Dongying——Huang-dao pipeline are made after a field test on the flow improver and a computation on the minimum start-up throughput have been done. It is pointed out that the safe operation at ultra low throughput for the original line can realize by means of injecting flow improver.
