用动态质量平衡原理进行管道检漏的精度分析

Factorial Analysis Responsible for the Accuracy of Leak Detection in Pipeline Based on the Dynamic Mass Balance Rationale

  • 摘要: 在动态质量平衡原理的基础上, 讨论了判断管道泄漏的方法, 分析了影响管道检漏精确性的因素。指出流量计的精度和对管道油品存余量的估计误差是动态质量平衡管道检漏技术中的两个关键因素, 也是影响动态质量平衡原理管道检漏精确性的主要因素。提出了提高管道泄漏检测精确性应采取的技术措施。

     

    Abstract: By analyzing and discussing the factors responsible for the accuracy of leak detection in pipeline, which are based on the dynamic mass balance rationale, the authors have reached a conclusion that the precision of flowmeter and the estimation error of petroleum products linefill are two key factors of leak detection in pipeline. Meanwhile, the technical measures to be taken to improve the accuracy of leak detection are put forward in this paper.
