采用翻转内衬技术修复管道

Evagination-lining Method to Cost-effectively Repair Underground Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了翻转内衬技术修复城市燃气埋地管道的特点和施工过程。与其他修复技术相比, 这种技术具有不开挖路面、适应复杂条件下施工和工效高等特点。对这种技术的液压法和气压法两种内衬翻转工艺进行了经济性对比。结果表明, 气压法在内衬质量、降低施工成本和保护环境等方面优于液压法。

     

    Abstract: A cost-effective evagination-lining method to repair underground pipeline is introduced in the article. This method can be used to rehabilitate the deteriorated underground gas, water, sewage and other likehood pipelines. This method has following advantages, that is, unnecessary to dig up a pipeline over its full length on the road surface, suitable for more complex situation, and efficiency better than others. This method is consisted of two techniques, gas-pressure way and liquid-pressure way. The paper indicates that the method that utilizes a gas pressure is excellent than a liquid pressure in some respects of the lining's quality, construction cost, and environment protection.
