The Optimization of Operating Program for Binzhou Pumping Station

  • 摘要: 介绍了东临输油管道(东营—临邑)滨州泵站的输油工艺、控制系统、运行设备等情况。由于东临管道输量的增加, 滨州泵站新增两台大功率输油泵, 但节流损失增大。为降低节流损失, 减少能耗, 提出了再增加一台小功率泵的优化运行方案, 并对该运行方案进行了具体分析。

     

    Abstract: The transportation process, control system, and main pumps of Binzhou pumping station are introduced in the paper. As the oil throughput increases, the two new Bingham pumps are installed. However, the throttle loss increases. To cut down the throttle loss, a program to install a small-power Bingham pump is put forward.
