克乌输油复线油改气工程实践

The Engineering Practice of Technological Reform of Oil Pipeline to Gas Pipeline on Kelamayi-Wulumuqi Parellel Pipelines

  • 摘要: 在对克乌输油管道检测和评价的基础上, 从线路改造、站场改造、管道防腐等方面对该复线油改气工程进行了风险性评估、设计和施工。系统介绍了该改造工程的调研、设计、施工和投运等工作。与新建输气管道相比, 该工程节约投资两亿多元, 经济效益显著。作为国内第一条油改气管道, 工程中所积累的经验可为其它油改气管道工程提供重要的参考依据。

     

    Abstract: The paper described the risk assessment, design, and consruction on Kelamayi-Wulumuqi pipelines for oil pipeline to gas pipeline technological reform project. The work deals with the route and stations reform and corrosion control based on inspection and assessment for Kelamay-i-Wulumuqi pipelines. The article systematically introduces the engineering's investigation, design, construction and operation. As compared with the construction of a new gas pipeline, the engineering has saved more two hundred million RMB yuan with effectively economic benefit. As the first oil pipeline to gas pipeline technological reform engineering in home, the engineering practice can provide a important reference basis for other oil pipeline to gas pipeline technological project.
