大庆原油加剂处理工艺的实验研究

Experiment and Research on the Heat Treated Oil Transportation of Pour Depressant Added Daqing Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 介绍了大庆原油加降凝剂后先急冷后缓冷处理工艺的室内试验。试验结果表明, 改性原油凝点比不加剂原油降低了14.5℃, 比加剂后单纯慢速降温处理降低了7℃, 而且低温下的粘度也明显降低。采用这种新型处理工艺将拓宽原油加降凝剂输送的应用范围, 并可大幅度降低管道运行中的燃油消耗。

     

    Abstract: The slow-temperature-dropping-after-chilling tests on the Daqing crude oil with pour depressant added have been done in order to seek a proper heat treated oil transportation process for energy saving. The test results showed that the condensation piont of modified oil was a 14.5℃ drop lower than that of oil without PD added, a 7℃ drop lower than the oil treated with slow-temperature dropping, and the viscosity under low temperature obviousely decreased. The authors consider that the new heat treated oil transportation process will open up the application scope of crude oil transported through pipeline with PD added, and reduce the energy consumption to a large extent for the operating pipeline.
