管道流动实验装置的研制与调试

Development and Test-run of Pipe-flow Instrument

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种测试复杂流变体管流实验装置的研制情况, 给出了专门标定该装置压力传感器、温度传感器、蠕动泵以及管路内径的方法。经过标定和调试的装置可以测试复杂流体的各种流变特性, 同时可以模拟工业管道的各种工况。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced the development of pipe-flow instrument applied to test the complicated rheological fluid, and introduced the method to demarcate pressure sensors, temperature sensors, peristaltic pump and diameter of the pipe. The demarcated instrument can be used to measure rheological properties of complicated fluid, and to simulate the operation of industrial pipeline.
