套管内主管道的腐蚀问题

Research on the Corrosion Problem of Carrier Pipe in the Casing Pipe

  • 摘要: 介绍了东北输油管道自70年代至90年代穿越段管道套管的防护方式。认为在穿越地段采用套管仍然是当前保护主管道的有效手段。通过分析该输油管道几起套管内主管道严重腐蚀的实例, 指出在穿越公路、铁路、河流的管道外加钢质套管, 并在套管内填充热沥青, 可以消除聚氨酯泡沫和岩棉填充物所存在的缺陷, 并可有效地防止套管内主管道的腐蚀, 但长期防护效果还有待实际检验。

     

    Abstract: The different protecting methods for the carrier pipes prevented with casing pipes from corroding during 1970s~1990s in the northeast China oil pipeline are respectively introduced. By analyzing the several corrosion cases of the carrier pipe with casing pipe occured in the pipeline during different periods, the author considers that the steel casing pipe remains the effective means to protect the carrier pipe for the carrier pipe located at the crossing points (high way, railway, river, and expressway). As for the filling materials used within the gap of the two pipes, the melting asphalt surpasses other materials, such as polyurethane foam and rock wool, which can effectively prevent the carrier pipe from corroding. However, the protecting effect of this material needs to be further determined on site.
