洪水造成管道断裂的事故分析

Analysis on the Pipeline Rupture Induced by Flood

  • 摘要: 对输油管道因洪水造成的断裂事故进行了调查, 调查结果表明, 水工保护工程设计方案不当和施工质量低是发生管道断裂的主要原因。针对当前输油管道水工保护工程存在的问题, 提出在不同地区、不同地质和地貌条件下, 应因地制宜地采取适合当地实际情况的水工保护措施, 可以有效地避免管道断裂事故的发生。

     

    Abstract: An investigation on the oil pipeline rupture induced by flood has been made. The investigation result indicats that the wrong design in hydrotechnical protection engineering and its poor construction quality are the major reasons for the pipeline ruptures. In accordance with the problems existed in the hydrotechnical protection engineerings of oil pipelines, the authors consider that the proper protection measures should be taken in order to gain the best protection effect for the pipelines located at different areas, different geologies and/or landscapes, which can effectively eliminate such accidents of pipeline rupture.
