W/O乳状液的流变性研究

Research on Rheological Properties of W/O Emulsion

  • 摘要: 讨论了含水率、温度和时间等因素对W/O乳状液流变性的影响。当含水率较低时, W/O乳状液为牛顿流体。当含水率增加到一定值时, 乳状液变为非牛顿流体, 而且含水率越高, 非牛顿性越强。W/O乳状液的粘温关系与原油类似, 其粘温曲线可分为放射段和直线段, 但非牛顿性强于原油。随着时间推移, 乳状液的表观粘度将发生变化, 总结了表观粘度随时间的变化规律。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the influence of water volume fraction, temperature, and time on the rheological properties of W/O emulsion. The W/O emulsion belongs to Newtonian fluid when the water ratio is very low. As the water concentration increases to a certain point, the emulsion becomes non-Newtonian. The higher water concentration reaches, the stronger the non-Newtonian properties of emulsion becomes. The viscosity-temperature relation of W/O emulsion whose viscosity-temperature curves can be divided into radial section and beeline section is similar to the crude oil. The non-Newtonian properties of W/O emulsion is stronger than that of crude oil. As time goes on, the variation of apparent viscosity of emulsion occures and the understanding of apparent viscosity change with time is of practical significance to oilfield.
