国内外减阻剂研制及生产新进展

The New Progress of Drag Reducer in Researh and Production at Home and Abroad

  • 摘要: 油溶性减阻剂是一种超高分子量的聚合物, 能有效地降低原油及成品油管输时产生的摩阻, 减少动力消耗, 在不增加设备的情况下可有效增加输量, 并能提高管道运行的安全系数。国外工业化生产及应用减阻剂已有20年的历史, 取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。概述了国内外减阻剂近年来的发展状况, 简要介绍了我国减阻剂的研究情况, 并对美国Conoco等公司减阻剂的生产工艺作了介绍。

     

    Abstract: Drag reducer, when dissolved in a hydrocarbon fluid through a conduit, can greatly reduce the turbulent flow and decraese"drag", which can cut down the horsepower needed to move a given volumes of fluid to be moved with a given amount of power. The two last decades has been a triumph for DRA's. They are now widely used to solve flow problems wherever the flow in a pipe must be precisely controlled and optimized. This technology is proven to be reliable in the arctic and in the desert, on the mainland and offshore. Furthermore they are one of the best ways to make the existing pipeline systems fulfill today's demands both in economically and environmentally sound way. This article is related to DRA's mechanism, preparation, and production.
