Research Progress and Recommendations for Integrity Management Key Technologies of Underground Gas Storage in Gas Fields

  • 摘要: 【目的】针对我国在役储气库面临的完整性问题,聚焦建库目标日趋复杂化、储存介质多元化、数字化智能化的发展需要,旨在构建储气库完整性技术体系,明确当前关键技术进展并梳理未来发展方向,为提升我国储气库完整性管理水平提供科学支撑。【方法】从阐述储气库完整性管理概念与技术内涵出发,构建储气库完整性管理技术流程,综述中石油运行期地质体、井筒、地面注采设施完整性关键技术及体系建设的最新进展,并结合当前完整性管理面临的生产需求和技术瓶颈,提出我国储气库完整性管理技术的未来发展建议。【结果】①阐明了储气库完整性管理的概念和技术内涵,首次提出储气库“地质体-井筒-地面注采设施”三位一体的完整性管理技术流程。②综述了中石油在地质体、井筒、地面注采设施完整性关键技术与体系建设领域取得的重要进展;③从储气库安全风险评估、在役天然气储库完整性技术深化、新型储库完整性核心技术突破、完整性标准体系完善、风险动态感知与智能预警等方面,提出了我国储气库完整性技术未来发展建议。【结论】储气库完整性管理是保障储气库安全高效运行的重要措施,储气库完整性管理概念、基本内涵和技术流程的阐述,完整性技术与体系研究进展的系统梳理,以及完整性技术发展建议的提出,对于提升我国储气库完整性技术水平,推动储气库完整性管理具有重要的指导作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective Aiming at the integrity challenges faced by in-service underground gas storages (UGS) in China, and focusing on the development needs of increasingly complex construction targets, diversified storage media, and digital intelligence, this study aims to construct a comprehensive integrity technology system for UGS. It clarifies the progress of current key technologies and outlines future development directions to provide scientific support for improving the integrity management level of UGS in China. Methods Starting from the elaboration of the concept and technical connotation of UGS integrity management, a technical workflow was constructed. The latest progress in key technologies and system construction for the integrity of geological bodies, wellbores, and surface injection-production facilities during the operation period of CNPC was reviewed. Furthermore, combined with current production requirements and technical bottlenecks, suggestions for the future development of UGS integrity management technologies in China were proposed. Results The concept and technical connotation of UGS integrity management were clarified, and a "trinity" integrity management technical workflow of "geological body-wellbore-surface injection-production facilities" was proposed for the first time. The significant progress made by CNPC in the fields of key technologies and system construction for the integrity of geological bodies, wellbores, and surface facilities was summarized. Future development suggestions for China's UGS integrity technology were put forward from the perspectives of safety risk assessment, deepening of integrity technologies for in-service gas storages, breakthroughs in core technologies for new types of storages, perfection of the integrity standard system, and dynamic risk perception and intelligent early warning. Conclusion UGS integrity management is a crucial measure to ensure safe and efficient operation. The elaboration of the concept, connotation, and technical workflow, the systematic review of research progress in technologies and systems, and the proposed development suggestions play a significant guiding role in enhancing the technical level and promoting the practical implementation of UGS integrity management in China.
