油气管网安全状态监测传感系统构建与创新发展

Construction and innovative development of oil and gas pipeline network safety monitoring sensor system

  • 摘要: 油气管网是国家能源安全的生命线,其系统规模庞大,赋存环境复杂,介质高压易爆,安全运行面临诸多威胁。根据油气管网的特点,以管道本体、管道线路及管道站场为对象,以业务场景为切入点,系统梳理了安全监测技术的工程需求,总结了中国油气管网监测技术的应用现状及创新发展思考。面向国家能源安全新战略和“双碳”战略,剖析了油气管网安全监测面临的挑战与关键科学问题,提出管道本体精准检测、管道线路智能监测、管道站场多源监测以及构建面向智慧管网的一体化智能监测系统,介绍了“十四·五”国家重点研发计划重点项目“跨地域复杂油气管网安全高效运行状态监测传感系统及应用”的研究目标与攻关思路,为构建油气管网安全状态监测技术体系奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: The oil and gas pipeline network is the lifeline of national energy security, with huge system scale, complex occurrence environment and explosive high-pressure media, imposing many threats to its safe operation. Herein, the engineering requirements of safety monitoring technology were systematically sorted out according to the characteristics of the oil and gas pipeline network from the point of business scenarios, taking the pipeline body, pipeline routes and pipeline stations as the objects. Meanwhile, the application status and innovative development thoughts of the monitoring technology in China's oil and gas pipeline network were summarized. Facing the new national energy security and "dual carbon" strategies, the challenges and key scientific issues faced by the safety monitoring of the oil and gas pipeline network were analyzed. On this basis, it was proposed to conduct the precise detection of pipeline bodies, intelligent monitoring of pipeline routes and multi-source monitoring of pipeline stations, and to construct an integrated intelligent monitoring system for intelligent pipeline networks. Besides, the research objectives and key ideas of the National Key Research and Development Program in the 14th Five-Year Plan, "Safe and efficient operation status monitoring sensor system of trans-regional complex oil and gas pipeline network and its application", were introduced, which lays a foundation for the construction of oil and gas pipeline network safety monitoring system.
