Abstract:
To realize centralized control on the stations of long-distance gas pipelines by the control center, a control jurisdiction distribution model for the fully automatic operation was established after the existing control distribution principle of SCADA system for long-distance gas pipeline was investigated, i.e., at the same time, only one party can control one single equipment. Then, the control auto-switching demand in the case of telecommunication interruption was analyzed, and the SCADA control auto-switching procedures were put forward based on the principle of Heartbeat Protocol. Based on the establishment and implementation of this model, the communication channel detection function is realized in SCADA system during its fully automatic operation, and the robustness of the whole SCADA system is improved greatly. It provides the insurance and support for the safe operation of long-distance pipelines.
