Abstract: During pre-clearing of long-distance pipeline project, some costs are not covered in current quota of budget and project charging, and it is imponderable in line with construction drawings on quantitative basis, such costs are defined as "other costs". Specific contents of the other costs covered are discussed, and calculation method in alternate construction costs, site transition costs for construction company, integrated commissioning safeguarding costs, material supply and storage costs from the first party and accidental injury insurance premium are introduced.
