表面活性剂减阻试验研究

Experimental Study on Drag Reduction of Surfactant

  • 摘要: 表面活性剂湍流减阻作为一种新的减阻技术, 在油田伴热和海底管道伴热系统中都有很好的应用前景。测量了十六烷基三甲基氯化铵减阻溶液在三种不同管径圆管中的压降规律, 研究了管径尺寸与表面活性剂浓度对减阻率的影响, 获得了不同条件下减阻率与雷诺数的关系曲线。

     

    Abstract: As a new drag reduction technique for turbulent flow, surfactant has good development and applied prospects in trace heatingsystem of oilfield and that of submarine pipeline. Pressure drop laws of cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (CTAC) in round tubewith different diameters are measured, influence of diameter size and concentration of surfactant on drag reduction rate is researched and relation curves between drag reduction rate and Reynolds number under different conditions are obtained.
