Abstract: The article analyzes various parameters affecting on energy lost through objective function of energy cost and an optimal operation mathematic model of Gu-Luo-Dong Oil Pipeline is established. Optimal operation results are analyzed with different parameters through management software developed by authors and an optimum scheme is proposed.
