顺序输送新压能平衡方程与工况分析

The New Energy Balance Equation and Regulation Analysis of Batch Transportation

  • 摘要: 在由泵站和管道组成的统一的水力系统中, 管道消耗的能量必然与泵站提供的能量相平衡, 即压能平衡。以科尔布鲁克公式为基础, 摈弃了分区计算、混合摩擦区采用近似公式的传统压能方程, 建立了新的系列化的顺序输送新压能方程, 同时给出了用计算机进行解算的计算流程, 可以不分区更准确地对顺序输送工况和最大可行流量进行求解

     

    Abstract: Unified hydraulic system is composed of pump stations and pipelines, energy consumed by pipelines must be fitted with that provided by pump stations, the energy balance equation, which is starting point of analyzing problems concerning transportation in pipeline.Conventional energy balance equation, in which district computation is required and approximate formula is used, is abandoned.Based on the Colebrook formula, a set of new and serial energy balance equations of batch transportation is proposed, and its solving method is proposed too, and operation and maximum flow allowable rate can be computed more accurately.
