原油加剂改性过程中蜡晶形态变化的研究

Research on the Wax Crystall Morphology of Crude Oil Modified with PPD

  • 摘要: 利用X射线衍射仪与差热分析仪分别研究了大庆原油与加剂原油的蜡晶结构和结晶动力学。研究表明, 大庆原油与加剂原油的蜡晶均为斜方晶体, 但加剂原油的晶体体积要比未加剂原油的晶体体积大; 大庆原油的结晶速率常数最大, 原油中分离出的蜡的结晶速率常数次之, 加剂原油的结晶速率常数最小, 并且大庆原油加剂后, 蜡晶的致密度较未加剂时增大。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies separately the crystallographic structure and crystllization dynamics of the Daqing crude oil and the oil modified with PPD. The results have shown that the Daqing crude oil and the oil with PPD both are orthorhombic, but the volume of oil with PPD is larger than that of crude oil; the velocity constant of crystallization of Daqing crude oil is the biggist, the wax separated from crude oil is the second biggist, and the crude oil with PPD is the lowest. Furthermore, when the Daqing crude oil is injected with PPD, the density is bigger than that of crude oil without PPD.
